I visited the practice as an emergency patient. From the time I booked them to the end the service I recieved was incredible. The 2 receptionist were both knowledgeable and polite, their personalities of being warm and friendly was natural, they were my first impressions. The dentist I saw was Bilal, he was amazing, explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. He understood what my concerns were and he was genuine. I took my mum to the dentist for the first time in her life, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease. My mum was seen by Sadia, along with Zainab, and they were both amazing. Sadia carried out a full check-up and X-ray, and then recommended a scale and polish, which she was able to do straight away. She was so kind, patient, and understanding—especially considering it was my mum’s first visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured her throughout the treatment, which made a huge difference. My mum left feeling really happy and comfortable, which is something I never expected given how nervous she was beforehand. We’re both very grateful for such a positive experience.
