A D4 medical is the examination needed to apply for, or renew, a lorry, bus or taxi licence. At Luton it is from £80: one of our doctors takes your medical history, examines you, checks your blood pressure, BMI and vision, and completes the form.
When you are medically fit, the certificate is issued the same day. We also carry out fit to work, fit to fly and cabin crew medicals; tell reception which form you need when you book.
