An experienced Dentist for over 14 years, Dr. Salaman Iqbal holds degrees from world renowned Kings College London and University of Central Lancashire. He is a well known local dentist and opened his first clinic in Silsoe  in 2021. Dr Salaman’s experience and commitment to Dentistry and his patients is admirable.

This is Dr Salaman's fourth clinic and his vision is to build a group of private state of the art practices with a team who provide a premium service, which delivers accessible dentistry for all.

Dr Khan graduated from Kings College London in 2011 and since then has travelled around the country gaining valuable experience as a doctor.

 

He completed his training as a GP in Bedfordshire and has gained further experience in the aesthetics industry over the years.

Dr Khan also works at GP surgeries in Bedford and now Luton Medical and Dental Clinic as well as Bedford hospital.

In his spare time, he works with the out of hours service as a senior clinician helping to ensure the smooth running of the busy service.

Dr Swamy is a local GP with special interest in Acute medicine and Dermatology.

Dr Swamy enjoys seeing variety of medical patients including Diabetes, Cardio health, ENT and Paediatrics. Dr Swamy also works at Bedford hospital and takes a role as Clinical lead at the Bedford -UTC (Urgent treatment Centre).

He has many years of experience in Emergency Medicine and understands the need for prevention of illness. Over the year’s Dr Swamy has developed his passion and understating of holistic medicine where he uses a patient centred approach to managing his patients.

Dr Naiwen Tan is a highly experienced dental professional currently pursuing an advanced degree at University College London (UCL). With over five years of clinical experience across multiple countries, Dr Tan brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse expertise to every patient interaction.

 

Passionate about delivering the highest standards of dental care, Dr Tan combines technical precision with a gentle, patient-centred approach. Whether providing routine treatments or advanced procedures, Dr Tan is committed to ensuring exceptional results and a comfortable experience for all patients.

Maryam Pourreza is a dedicated dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care at Luton Medical and Dental Clinic. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and reassuring environment, helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.

 

Dr Maryam enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular focus on preventative care and supporting patients to achieve long-term oral health. She is passionate about educating patients on how to maintain healthy smiles and works closely with them to develop personalised treatment plans. Maryam strives to combine her clinical skills with a gentle approach, ensuring positive experiences for every patient.

Dr Saba Arif is a dedicated Associate Dentist at Luton Medical and Dental Clinic. A graduate of the University of Central Lancashire, she places a strong emphasis on preventative dental care and patient wellbeing.

 

Dr Saba provides gentle, personalised treatments tailored to each individual’s needs and particularly enjoys working with children and anxious patients. An expert in emergency dentistry, she is skilled at providing prompt, effective care for patients in pain or distress. Saba also works on Sundays, ensuring accessible dental care for all. Her calm, compassionate approach helps every patient feel relaxed, supported, and confident in their treatment.

Dr Aizaz began his journey in healthcare studying Biomedical Science at King’s College London, before completing his medical degree at Queen’s University Belfast.

 

Since then, he has worked across a wide range of medical specialties and now practise as a GP in and around Luton, caring for patients with both physical and mental health needs.

Alongside general practice, he has a particular interest in health, fitness, and nutrition, with additional training in musculoskeletal medicine, including steroid joint injections, ENT procedures, and aesthetic medicine.

Miss Akbar trained extensively in London across leading teaching hospitals, including Guy’s and St Thomas’, King’s College, St George’s, Barts and The London.

She also completed an MSc in Ultrasound Scanning at London South Bank University. Currently, Miss Akbar is the Lead Senior Consultant for Fertility and IVF Services at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, where she is developing a dedicated Fertility Centre.

She brings to Luton Medical & Dental expertise which spans all aspects of women’s health, including fertility, IVF, endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, and early pregnancy care. Miss Akbar provides holistic, patient-centred treatment and speaks multiple languages, ensuring compassionate care for diverse communities.

Dr Bhamrah is a local General Practitioner and accredited GP trainer with extensive expertise in both primary care and surgery.​She undertook her medical training at Imperial College London and subsequently obtained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of General Practitioners in England.

Known for her warm and reassuring bedside manner, Dr Bhamrah works closely with her patients to ensure they feel at ease. With a comprehensive surgical background, Dr Bhamrah works across multiple specialties, including plastic, breast, general & vascular surgery with a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine and dermatology.

Dr Rehman graduated from King Edward Medical University, Pakistan, and has been practising medicine in the UK since 2011. He completed specialist training in Diabetes and Endocrinology in 2019, with dual accreditation in General Internal Medicine through the East of England Deanery.

 

He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (London), Society for Endocrinology, and Diabetes UK. His clinical interests include bone metabolism, reproductive endocrinology, thyroid and pituitary disorders, and type 2 diabetes.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and swimming. Dr Rehman is married with three children and actively supports charities focused on youth and poverty alleviation.

Dr Samia Hussain is an experienced dental surgeon with a degree from King’s College London and membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She has worked in both private practice and as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, gaining extensive clinical expertise.

 

Dr Samia is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred dental care, helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment. Alongside dentistry, she has developed a strong interest in facial aesthetics, combining her medical knowledge with artistry to deliver safe, natural, and confidence-boosting results.

Dr Sadia Javed is a highly skilled dentist with international training, having qualified in the United Arab Emirates. She is known for her gentle approach, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality aesthetic results. Dr Javed is committed to providing patient-centred care, always ensuring comfort and clarity throughout every stage of treatment.

Neide is a UK trained and qualified nurse with many years of surgical nursing experience in the NHS as well as the Harley Street Clinic (HCA international).

Fluent in Romanian and English, she brings over five years of experience providing community ultrasound services within the NHS across Bedfordshire, and now is delighted to be working alongside our GPs and healthcare professionals.

 

Her background includes roles in multiple NHS trusts and private clinics in and outside London. Passionate about education, she also teaches applied physics in ultrasound practice with Bromley Emergency Teaching, Training and Research Courses. Teodora is an active member of BMUS, ISOUG, RCOG, SCOR, and is HCPC registered.

Michaela (or Kay as she likes to be known) is an experienced Clinic Manager with a strong background in dentistry and healthcare management across the Bedfordshire area. She began her career as a qualified Dental Nurse, achieving her National Diploma in Dental Nursing and certification in Dental Radiography, before progressing into practice and clinic management roles.

 

Michaela is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. With her commitment to smooth clinic operations and a patient-first approach, she strives to deliver a brilliant experience for everyone who visits Luton Medical & Dental Clinic.

Hassaan is the Lead Physiotherapist at LMD, graduating from King’s College London with a degree in Physiotherapy. He specialises in musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological rehabilitation, with expertise in spine, shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, including advanced ACL and meniscus rehabilitation for athletes. Having worked with Team GB and Premier League players, Hassaan brings elite-level expertise to his practice.

 

He combines hands-on techniques, dry needling, osteopathic manipulations, and movement analysis to deliver tailored, progressive treatment. Passionate about patient-centred care, Hassaan focuses on movement quality, functional recovery, and achieving the best outcomes. He runs evening clinics at Luton Medical & Dental.
